Motherhood is the most amazing process of growth, discovery, change and learning that a woman could experience. But it can also be overwhelming, exhausting and lonely.
A long time ago, motherhood was a communal effort within tribes. However, nowadays, due to personal or professional circumstances, we often end up living far from our relatives.
The main reason for working mum-to-mum is because besides my background in education and psychology, I am a mum of four children with a strong desire to help other mums.
I offer you a listening space free of prejudices where I will be able to give you advice and support on topics like:
- Boundaries and tantrums (learn to understand your children’s brain)
- Routines
- Healthy habits
- Screen time management
- Handling family needs

There are no perfect mums but we all do our best. That’s just what our kids need.
Working as a mum with other mums means:
- Building confidence in who you are as a mum. Eliminate the “should be doing with your kids” and build your own “what I feel is best for me and my family”
- Help you come out of the survival mode and live fully
- Find long-term solutions to your daily parenting challenges
- Tackle home chaos by establishing better routines and habits
- Take care of yourself to be able to care for others
- Figure out and love who you are after being a mum
